    I'm still viewing it as success. I took another inch off my waist and hips this month. I also had a vacation and a lot more cheat days than usual. To still come out near goal, is definite success.
  • My goal is the same as last month with a mini goal not to creep back into the 170s during TOM. Another goal is to shake up my diet a bit to get my metabolism back up to snuff.

    I hit my goal (at some point) which was pretty low, but then I didn't lose much weight either. However I think my figure has changed a bit lately. I'm really starting to notice how much smaller I've gotten over the past year and a half.

  • Hi, I would like to join! I am new so not sure what I would write everyday, but I am sure I would have something to write every week.

    june/1 - 171.96lbs
    This month my goal is to remove lactose from my diet,
    drink more water and lower my sodium intake.
    I will try to get out of the 170's.

    end of week: did pretty good avoiding most lactose, I did have some cheese like 2 times though. I did drink more water but not nearly enough and barely out of the 170's, it was a good week overall.

    june/8 - 169.97lbs
    Same goals of the month, remove lactose, lower sodium, more water.
    Goal of the week is 167 lbs.

    end of week: boy did I meet my mini goal! I wasn't expecting it either as I was stressed and drank milk like 3 times on top of having cheese like 2 times, didn't do so well on water either, perhaps I haven't been eating enough calories since I did have more protein this week.

    june/15 - 164.24lbs
    Same goals of the month.
    This week mini-goal is to drink at least one bottle of water per day,
    I will try to reach 160lbs

    end of week: TOM cravings of nightmare-land! I abused lactose at every single chance, I did drink more water but not a whole bottle every single day.


    june/22 - 163lbs (TOM)
    Go back to no milk or sour cream allowing a bit of cheese,
    Same mini-goal of drinking one bottle of water everyday
    and to reach 160lbs.
