Sorry I missed the excitement yesterday with all the posting on the daily thread. I saw the first few post with One’s and JJTX’s responses and couldn’t check in again until much later in the day only to see many more comments. You ladies know how strongly I feel about our special group and I am not giving you guys up!

Sadly, I felt….not ignored (I think of ignored as intentional), but more overlooked previously. My responses or questions were often left unanswered. I was a glorified lurker until I connected with my Summer 2014 group. Honestly, your support has made all of the difference in my IP journey. Plus, you have to look at why people broke off into smaller groups. One reason I think was the opportunity to build closer relationships…you can’t be best buds with everyone…although we’ve never been one to exclude anyone.
Down 2.8lbs at my weigh in yesterday which got me to 151.2. Didn’t hit my 150 goal but I did reach 25.3 BF%. According to my coach, I would have hit 150 in the am (before breakfast, lunch and water for the day) but had a higher BF%. Instead I got a more accurate BF% but higher WI. Would have loved to see the 150…even a 150.9 on the scale but she said she thinks I will be in the 140’s next time we see each other in 2 weeks (coach is gone on vacation next week).
We also talked briefly about P3 and to start thinking about breakfast ideas. I told her yogurt with granola would be a dream. Fruit too. I have Liana’s yummy breakfast ideas and will continue to search on 3FC for more ideas to take to her at my next WI to discuss. Basically, I started P2 this week and will continue again next week. My next WI will be 6/15 and I will go ahead and plan a P2 day then too…or for as many days as it takes to plan and shop for breakfast items. She said we can move through the phases as slowly as I feel comfortable with until I am ready to jump to the next one.
To be honest, I kind of missed my crisps for lunch yesterday and today but the hot grilled chicken on my salad tasted pretty darn good. Eating out twice this week for lunch appnts (virtually unheard of for me anymore) and am looking forward to having a bit more flexibility in possibly ordering something more than a salad for lunch.
One – Thanks as always for linking us to pertinent posts. 65X65’s post was so informative and confirms we all have to adjust this diet to conform maintenance to our own body. None of us will know what our maintenance life will look like until we are there and working the plan
Sue – Wow, 3 schools in one day! I believe you have an overachiever on your hands. Lol! Hope he finds the right fit!
