It's still May 31st here, and unfortunately I did turn today into a cheat day, and so while I am scared of weigh in tomorrow, I will face it. Looking to get down to 220 this month, if I even hit 221.6 (80 lbs. down for me

since this weight loss journey began) I'll be a super happy camper.
01 - 226.2 miraculously! I binged last night and didn't work out but maintained.
02 - 226 flat *woohoo* new low. True story, I haven't been eating properly or exercising, so I am especially thankful but I have to get back on track today.
03 - 227 flat in the wrong direction! lol Weight fluctuations are natural, but I am a little miffed because yesterday was one of my better days between doing my 1 mile Leslie Sansone (which I hadn't done in a few days) and keeping my calories below 1900. However maybe this is a natural gain after all of those days of going over? Either way, I am pushing forward , I want that 220 badly! <3 God bless, let's keep going everyone!

09 - 224.8 WHOA! lol That said, yesterday was definitely a big overeating day, so not sure how this miracle occurred but as they say "don't look a gift horse in the mouth..." lol. I am committing to staying on track for the rest of this week however, so hopefully on Sunday (6/14) I will have some even better news to report.
10 - 225.6 not mad, I worked hard last night but apparently my body just realized that 2 nights ago I inhaled a pineapple upside down cake with a Chick Fil A ice dream. "What we eat in private shows up in public...". Planning to do 1 mile today and sticking to 1,720 calories.
11 - 226 which is 1.2 up from my lowest weight, I've been on plan for the past 2 days, so it is a letdown, but I know it will show eventually.
12 - 226 *praying for a lower weight on Sunday, must stay on plan the next couple of days*
13 - 225.4 today also marks 16 months on my weight loss journey, so happy for that!
14 - 224.4 woohoo! New low for me, 77.2 lbs. down, 74.4 lbs to goal and 24.6 lbs to onederland!
15 - 224.4 I exercised yesterday (did my 1 mile Leslie Sansone walk broken into increments lol) and I ate fairly on point, less than 1800, but I did have a Trader Joe's apple tart, & pms is around the corner.
16 - 222.8 A new low, so thankful as I overate pretty bad yesterday!
17 - 222.4

also I realized earlier today that I am 22.6 lbs. from Onederland & 72.4 lbs. from my goal *woohoo*.
18 - 224.4 2 lbs. up in 1 day, after eating 1900 calories, hmm sounds like PMS is rearing its ugly head

21 - 224.8 *GRRR* lol, seriously!

Anyhow I'm going through PMS, I'm hoping my weight doesn't go up anymore. I plan to stick to program, and I recently injured my ankle, so while I was already slowing down on my workouts, this will definitely make it worse. *sighs* Trying to be positive
