10 Days In The Life Boat #132

  • Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.
  • Sorry I abandoned ship on the last thread.

    My goals for this leg:
    Post here daily.
Meet but not exceed my daily WW points.
Remind myself each day that I am worth the effort needed to be at a healthier weight.
  • This is not a good thing. The water is COLD!
  • Still not together so I'm clinging to the side of the boat.
  • Hi J-Ann I meant to join sooner, I need this thread! My calories have been really crazy lately, meeting or exceeding 2,500 a day a lot lately. *sighs* Anyhow, here's to today being better, and tomorrow being even better, so on and so forth. I haven't exercised in a couple of days, but I plan to today. My goals for this segment are - 1800 or below in calories per day. Leslie Sansone 1 mile walk x7 before the new thread begins.
  • You are doing great Candidcamster.

I'm back in the boat. I had a good long talk with my WW leader yesterday. She is very uplifting and it helped.
  • Thank you J-Ann, I didn't exercise yesterday, but I did eat under 1900 calories, so I guess that is getting splashed.
  • Dry! I stayed in the boat yesterday!!!!
  • Dry yesterday - rowing hard.
  • WTG J-Ann! I haven't had dinner yet so I posting early, so far, so good though. I haven't been exercising, so I call that getting splashed I guess, but I can do it before bed if I am serious about it.
  • Not a drop touched me yesterday. Met all of my goals!
  • Yesterday was a good day for me, I did my Leslie Sansone 1 mile (a different dvd but still 1 mile walk) & I kept my calories at under 1,700. Today I was up a little (.8 lb.) and I think that is due to my overeating incident the day before yesterday finally catching up to me. Anyhow, I did part of my 1 mile today, plan on finishing before bed tonight, my calories have been decent thus far, I am planning on closing out the night at under 1,800 calories.
  • OARS UP

HEAD TO #133 FOR THE NEW LEG.
