I was here for a while last year....started at 220ish lbs and lost all the way down to 160...5 lbs higher than my goal. Holidays happened and I fell off the wagon. I stepped on the scale the other day and I am now around 174 (however, it is TOM so I'll weigh again soon...hopefully I'll have lost a lb or two). I am posting this intro to basically force myself into accountability. I know I can do it. I was so close to my goal last year. I WILL get there this year.
