Hello all,
I just had to share a major milestone. I weighed-in this morning at 155. I haven't weighed below 156 in over 4 years, since my grandson was a baby & he just turned 5! I look at photos of myself holding him to get inspired because I looked and felt great back then!
I'm just so excited & committed to being healthy and so thankful to everyone here for your support, encouragement, & new ideas.
