I said I would get five minutes on that thing by three weeks.... and guess what?! I not only got my five minutes, but I got an extra minute and a half!!
My next goal is 10 by the end of the next two weeks, then I'll go from there.
It's a major accomplishment for me as my legs have never been strong. I also noticed that my work out pants and starting to slack a bit! Who would have thought?!
