Found this group today and thought, oh my gosh, how nice!!
Both myself and my husband have recently started our weightloss journey. Three weeks ago I was called by my doctor and was told that I needed to come in. In short, I'm now considered a type 2 diabetic, my cholesterol was up, my vitamin D was severely low.... just in short, I was unhealthy.
I had become much too comfortable in my own body, and it was showing.
That Friday on the way home I met up with my husband at a Planet Fitness gym and we took a tour. I signed up, and have been going every since. This week starts our third week! I've lost 7-10 lbs at this point, and my husband has lost 15. We spend 30 minutes on cardio, and 30 on weights, and we've entirely changed the way that we eat.
I know we can do this, we have to. I've come here for support on the days I just want to quit, and to offer my support to others that are struggling. So here's to seeing those numbers fall!






NO and NEVER quit...Quitting is not the option!! There will be bumpy roads, just keep plugging along...YOU can do this...Good luck!!
