My hubby and I went to do some business today and on the way home he said. " You look really pretty today, Is that a new dress, you look pretty in it." I can't tell you how happy that made me, way more than lower # on a scale. It's the first time he's said anything like that in a decade! I really love that dress now. I was in a storage closet last week and saw it, thought I'd give it a try and sure enough it not only fit it's a bit too large.Doing my happy dance.
Aww, great post! I can relate to how you're feeling, it is great when your SO says something that reminds you they are still hot for you , to me that is a bigger compliment than when a stranger says it, though both are nice lol.
