So lucky for me i did not gain the 100 pounds I lost awhile ago, but I gained 60 as of today. I am soon off to to live in a tropical country and I hate that I won't be able to enjoy it as much as I could because I am fat. I got into a wonderful relationship, went back to school and got comfortable. But no more. I Want to take my happiness into my own hands once again and reclaim my life.

Falling off the wagon is the worst. I fell off a couple of years ago and gained all 50 I lost back plus 30 more because I got comfortable too. About 8 months ago I decided I wanted to go live abroad, so I got back into the weight loss flow. Best of luck!

We're in a similar boat. I went from 245 to 185... then all the way back up to 250. Sigh.

I keep saying this, but the good news for us is that since we've already done it, we know we can do it!

I re-gained about 50 when I lost my first 25-30 pounds, before losing it all. It happens. good luck! you will lose it again
