Hi there, New(ish) Beacher here

  • Thought I would post a thread since I get on later than the regulars, and I'm not sure anyone saw my Monday post. 2.8 Lbs down after the first day of Phase I. I know that's not typical and more indicative of how poorly I've been eating rather than 1 day's clean eating. But it's all water weight when we lose it (lost weight only leaves the body through urine), so I'll be pleased and use the motivation to stay OP today.
