April Spring "Sweat" Showers Exercise Club

  • We are 3 days into April and with spring sneaking in what a great time to get moving!!! Post your exercise (spring yard clean up counts in my book) and track your progress. All types of movement are welcomed
  • I was really good last month. I leave May 9th for my 300 miles bike ride. So this month's goal is, you guessed it 300 miles of cycling.
