  • Anyone can start a new thread.
  • I made a mistake on the title and don't know how to change it. Help!
  • you might have to delete it and start over - I can't remember if there is a way to edit it??? but if so it would be to the side of the title, and I would think that only the person that started the thread could edit it
  • I will go ahead and post this and if you have to delete the thread and start another one i'll post it there too... but Leslie has a 12 minute mile up on her facebook page today. I just did it

her page is called "Leslie Sansone Walk at Home" and the link to the video is:

  • Brisk and steady and flexibility walk.
  • Climb stairs this morning, 15 min...

  • Good to see you, Liliann. Sharon gets back today.
  • I'm home! It was a really nice trip but more driving than actual time with my mom!
I ran 6 miles today! Then did the Leslie stretches.

I noticed on MyFitnessPal (where I still log my foods) that there is a Leslie April Walk challenge and on Facebook something popped up with that too.

Way to go Liliann - stairs are HARD! I run all that way and then when I get to school and walk up the one flight of steps to my classroom I'm all out of breath - what the heck?!
  • Counter..Bravo on your efforts!! You are doing great!!

    Carol..keep it up!!

Did 6 min climbing stairs!! It looks like this will be ..I do plenty climbing stairs daily.. I might take a walk this afternoon!!

    Later all..
    Liliann

  • walked 40 min this afternoon!

    Carol..Great job!!

    Later
  • Still have company until Mon. night.
  • Ran this morning, 5 miles but didn't do the Leslie stretch (eeeks!) because my car was getting serviced and I ran on a path near the car dealership. In fact, I realize I didn't really stretch. hopefully I will be okay.

Tomorrow will be the usual Sat morning bike ride!
    Happy Easter everyone!
  • Sharon, you'll be ok.
