I left a quarter of a piece of cheesecake on my plate. Not just any old cheesecake. Cheesecake Factory Kahlua coffee mocha cheesecake. In fact, I left some of my entree as well. I thought about a doggie bag, but then I thought better of letting a splurge meal carry over to the next day.

Never in my life have I ever left so much as a single Graham cracker crumb from a cheesecake, let alone let mine and half of my daughter's go uneaten.

I felt on top of the world when I walked out of that restaurant.

Amazing work! That stuff is like crack to me. I would have finished it. And your daughter's (from the other table!).

You have basically achieved the impossible - congratulations! And shown that it isn't impossible.

I knew this crowd would appreciate the level of sacrifice involved. The waitress looked at me like I'd lost my d@mn mind. I don't imagine many people pass on the doggiebag in that place.

I can't saying wouldn't have licked the plate! Carry the torch for us weaker beings.
