Lost in 2010, back to lose again

  • embarrassed there's so many views and no responses

Will try to find a more active forum
  • I sometimes feel that way also. It's too bad because this is a great board![/COLOR]
  • I see there aren't too many here using MF, but I am glad to find a few. I like MF because it is so easy and I don't get hungry. It is amazing! I will let you know how I did this week.
  • Super! I lost 15# my first couple weeks and have only lost a couple pounds in the last 6 weeks. I can't seem to get myself back on track to do this right. I'm in the TSFL and my coach doesn't help me or keep me accountable. I've keep off the initial amount, but I sure would like to lose another 15# this month!

    What's your goal?
  • I just joined the forum and my daughter and I are on Medfast. So far we are into week two and very happy with it. My daughter is learning that she doesn't need to eat continually and to watch portion sizes.
  • Welcome! Congratulations to you and your daughter for taking the plunge to get healthier! Keep us updated on yours and your daughter's progress.
  • I love medifast, lost 67 lbs. I felt great and active. Keep on it!
  • How long have you kept off that 67#??? I want to get an idea of what my chances are once I have met my goal?

    Thanks for your input!
  • Well, since my original embarrassing post, I'm down 11.2! lol

I think the question was for someone else, but to chime in:

my original 107lbs I lost in 2010 stayed OFF with 'normal' food until a recent illness and extended hospital stay, and I only gained 32...manageable once I got back on MF
So with this current loss, only 21 more lbs and I'm back at my healthy weight for me.

    Wishing you all luck!
  • Good Luck! I am on a Journey to lose 70lbs. After a stint with Kidney stones nothing but water seems to be helping me.
