My lifestyle before the weight loss was something absurd. Drinking beer almost every weekend and sometimes even in the middle of the week. Ordered pizza atleast once in 2 weeks ATLEAST. Sometimes more frequently. Drinked lemonade almost every other day and so on
. Now I've come to a balance where I'm allowed to eat junk food once a week. But even then, I dont eat 3 bags of chips and order two pizzas etc, you get the point
. Nowdays when I have so called cheat day, I usually go to some chinese buffet and eat as much as I can and that's it. And it has worked greatly for me atleast.So if you're in need of a support / friend or someone to talk about diets and other stuff, then don't be scared to ask
