As of today I weigh what I did when I graduated from high school. Granted, I was overweight back then too but since I haven't weighed this low since 1988 I'm thrilled. LOL Every lost pound from here on out will be a completely new experience for me as I don't remember ever weighing any less than that. As a bonus... I also tried on the new jeans I've been dying to wear but were to small around the waist. They're just the tiniest bit to tight in the waist now, but definitely wearable! Today was a good day!

What a great success you are having.

I weighed so little in high school that I would never want to be that small, actually underweight. I simply want to get out of the 200's as my major goal then work from there. So far, haven't come close in past 12 years.

I can't even imagine the hard work and determination it must have taken to get started on your journey but I hope you'll think back to today whenever you need some motivation.
