For example, I'll eat too much yogurt. I get weird feelings inside, I guess it's acid reflux or something. I'm not good at distinguishing what these feelings are but they hurt in the stomach and esophagus area and sometimes even going out into my entire chest and upper body, making me kinda weak and just like mehh. This happens when I eat **** food or too much greek yogurt, or desserts, or takeout too. But what I feel like might make it feel better is eating more. These feelings dont usually come on right away, more like an hour or so later... so I feel like I don't wanna eat but I feel like if I eat these feelings will go away and my body/inside won't hurt. Does anyone else do this?
I started feeling it's okay (I usually NEVER take meds) to take anti-acids to help or advil or something to soothe it instead. It's hard for me because I'm usually pretty against taking meds for stuff but are there any other things I can be doing to soothe my body when it feels this way without going BACK to eating the food that's causing me to feel this way? (I also am not totally sure what the foods are or if its heartburn or not, I just don't know lol)
Appreciate your tips!
