  • So I told myself if i keep on track this summer is get something i always wanted.
I'm going to a seamstress and have her custom make me a Monokini. I've always wanted one but because of my height they just are far too short. I wont be at goal, but should hopefully be past halfway.
Anyone else have a special thing they are doing to reward themselves?
  • In a few more pounds, I promised myself a new book and I finally decided on which book I want. A baby name book!!! I can't wait I'm not pregnant or anything, I just LOVE names!!! I have a small collection already, but I want a new baby name book, especially one with an updated list of current top 100 names, name trends, etc. It will also mean a night out with the best friend, so its win-win!!! I was thinking my friend and I could even start our own youtube channel for fun because we both love names. Either way, sounds like a promising evening. Just three pounds to go until I'm at thirty pounds lost.
  • That's an awesome accomplishment! I remember it was a struggle coming up with a name for our son. Way to get an early start!
  • @ SenseAndSensibility - I LOVE name books, too! I've been a writer since I was very little, and I loved having them for whenever I needed to name a character. If you guys start a youtube channel, I would love the link!

@nickilaughs - Monokinis are adorable! I'm actually thinking of getting a bikini for myself when I hit my weight loss goal, too - there's one they sell at Venus that's a cute, polka-dotted halter top with these adorable swim shorts.
  • I haven't decided what my reward will be for hitting my goal but I have decided that my reward for losing my first 25 pounds will be the Tiffany Infinity necklace that I have had my eye on for about a year. I'm at 22.6 pounds lost so far so only a few more pounds to go. I'm hoping by next weekend momma will be sporting some new hardware.
  • Mine will be a new pair of skinny jeans.
  • Is it bad that I already planned my reward before I hit my next GW? lol

I need to lose at least 6 pounds (but 10 would be ideal) by May 10th. I booked a trip to the Bahamas back in December. It was the only thing I can do to keep me motivated and on track.

I love reading threads like this and seeing how everyone else plans to celebrate! Keep up the great work everyone!
  • I'm going to work at coming up with a reward!!
  • LINGERIE. Beautiful, expensive, PERFECT fitting little bits of lace. I've been saving up forever to get myself something really nice.

After I lose the 30 lbs or so I have left, I fully expect to be a different bra size, so I want to treat myself to a professional fitting and pick up something really sweet to show off my new figure!
  • Nice stuff everyone!
Shan I changed my mind id rather go to the bahamas than get a monokini.
  • When I hit my first goal weight of 140lbs, I am planning on buying myself a PS4.
Probably a used one, because I don't game the same way I used to, but a PS4 nonetheless. C:
  • Once I break into ONE-derland I am going to get my belly button pierced. I always want that back in the day but no dice. So dated or not. I am rewarding myself with that once my number on the scale starts with a 1!!!

Once I break into a size 12/10(depends on how I look) then I am rewarding myself with a sweet get away back to Paris (and adding London) for a few weeks!!!
  • @Diamond: I commend your choice of a reward! Dated or not, there is nothing wrong with a sexy piercing on a lady! (I also commend your username, Billy Talent is awesome, especially their Dead Silence album... it's my running playlist :B)
  • I have two rewards. At 150 lbs, I want to have my wedding and engagement rings soldered together and possibly resized. But I don't think my ring size is going to change.

At 140 lbs, my ultimate goal, I'm going to do Stitch Fix and have something really nice for my new wardrobe.
