Has anyone tried this? Amazon is having a sale, so I bought 60caps for $5. I'm not really trying to lose, but it says it can speed up your metabolism? I'm all for eating more to maintain.

Never tried it. But on eating more to maintain I have had great success in exercise and eating different foods.
I eat a lot now, certainly more than when I was at my heaviest, but the composition of my food is very different. Lots of salad and lean protein.
And I exercise which I think has helped boost my metabolism.
Food just does not seem to stick to me like it used to.

I'm secretly a 12 year old boy. I laugh every time I see this word because it's close to foreskin. I'm snickering right now.
Sorry to be so useless.

I didn't think anyone in the US had foreskin.
When my boys were born here I was horrified when they asked if they should be circumcised.
Back home in Europe, we (mostly) leave it alone.

Now that I think about, when I've encountered it the bearer had some sort of international background. I think it's becoming much more common, though.

Ian - Thanks!
Violette - Yeah… I thought the same thing hehe
Oh, and there are a lot of reviews here:

Works for some, not for others - like everything.
