My boyfriend and I will be taking a 12 day road trip in March. We are already on a limited budget so packing our own food is important, but I'm having a hard time figuring out which foods I can bring that are not only Weight Watchers friendly but require little work (e.g., no microwave, no freezer). Snacks are easy, but actual meals are difficult. We'll be bringing a cooler, but there's only so much we can fit in it. Any ideas?
Also, I'm making a "cheat sheet" of all the fast food places and restaurants we might be passing so I can at least have a good idea of what to get in case we do have to stop
