Anyone else doing cheat system? It is a gradual habits change diet with a high nutrient focus. They have a forum but it is difficult to use and therefore not very active. Looking for some weight loss buddies!
I have not heard of it but it seems interesting. I would love to change my bad eating habits.
Here is the best cheat diet; eat protein (make sure you eat enough for your weight), fiber, veggies, beans, fruits, and drink plenty of water. Okay so it is not a cheat diet but it is the right diet. The only thing that is going to keep you healthy. Honestly if you stick to real food and snacks you don't have to worry about dieting. No one should diet, just eat right.
