There are many exercise options, including walking, dancing, biking –even doing housework. The key is choosing activities you enjoy. I do at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity on most days of the week and watch my calorie intake. But remember to start slow and don’t get discouraged. You’ll find a routine that works for you. Good luck!
Everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for you. The key is to find something you can easily stick to. Like walking after work at a track near your work or home. On rainy days plan on doing a workout DVD if you do not have any workout equipment at home. I hope you find something that works for you!
I agree everyone is different with different diet plans and exercise plans. I can share mine with you though. I don’t quite have a diet plan yet but I do have an exercise plan that I will be starting as soon as we move to the new house. Why am I waiting? Because where we live now has no room for my exercise equipment I have stored in another area. However, the new house has plenty of room because there are three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. We are making the one downstairs into my mother-n-law’s bedroom and we are taking the first bedroom upstairs. The other bedrooms are reserved for the guest room and my workout room. I will use our bedroom for my office too since I work as a writer from home. Anyway, I plan to take at least an hour out of my busy day to work out on my treadmill that I am getting when we move and my exercise bike and Pilates machine that I already have. I am going to do 20 minutes on each one and see how that works out for me. Once we move, I am also going to think about a diet to put myself on and use Google docs to keep track of it.
I suggest you take healthy diet and weight loss workout plan from a professional fitness trainer. You can hire a personal fitness trainer who can provide you guidance with effective exercise plans that is best for your body.
