I'd say my biggest obstacles are alcohol and the weekend! I've partially overcome the alcohol thing - I used to have a drink or two after work, almost daily, plus a few drinks on Fridays and Saturdays. I no longer drink during the week (I go to the gym instead!), but I know that having too many on the weekend is holding me back with my weight loss. I also eat more on the weekend! I'm actually logging my calories on the weekends now instead of pretending those calories don't exist

It's definitely helped me keep in check.
