Hi, I'm in a sister program to OA, CEA-HOW.

Just curious if there's any other CEA-HOW members here.

I have attended HOW meetings and found them really helpful. Oddly, I don't know what CEA is, maybe I was in a sister of a sister group.

CEA = Compulsive Eaters Anonymous... I believe they're also a 12 step fellowship that split off from OA...

And there is FAA too... FAA = Food Addicts Anonymous

I believe both have pretty strict food plans that are like OA "grey sheet" which is sort of like OA - HOW groups... since a lot of members in OA-HOW also stick to "grey sheet" or something pretty similar...
