No matter how hard I try I almost always fall over. I can do squats, I'm certain I have proper form. I know they use a lot of the same muscles. I can't help but wonder if it's partially a center of balance issue/hip joint movement issue. I already am attempting the whole balancing with a table to hang on to me thing (chairs aren't sturdy enough, we both go over)
In which case, I guess if I can't physically do it despite all the practice, maybe there's some sort of alternative?
I do best with exercises with both feet on the ground. What can I say, i'm graceful.
