I've been sticking to my diet and an exercise routine for a while now(I'd slacked off for a while, but became very serious about it around New year's), and I'm proud to say I've gone from 185 to 160! It's been taking a lot of willpower, but I already feel - and look - a lot healthier and happier! And the jeans I was almost too big for are now too big for me!
Only 35 pounds left to go, and I know I can do it!
