    1/25: 380.5 (My dates are different because I'm in China so ahead of everyone by a day)


    On another note, I stalled/gained/lost the same 3 lbs for 14 days and now I'm starting to see my weight fall again. It's so worth it to stick with it even if the scale isn't showing you what you want to see. P.S. I'm only 5lbs away from my Valentine's Day goal of 375.

    I was stuck at the same pound for ten days or so....and I finally lost one today! I don't think I can keep up with the blistering pace that shan84 and authentic have going....but I will try!

    Back to 176 land. Frustrating. I have been avoiding intense cardio because I am afraid of the water weight that it might bring with it for a few days. Is this a valid concern? I know it is good for me in the long run, but psychologically I am afraid I will stop dieting if I don't see some progress soon.
