My first goal is to reach 200 pounds by the end of this year! Im currently at 245 pounds. Is this goal realistic?
I would even love to get beyond that if possible!

I think with serious commitment to diet and exercise, your goal is definitely achievable. That is 3.75 pounds per month, just under a pound a week. You'll have weeks where you lose more, and weeks when you don't lose any, but if you stay the course and don't get discouraged, it is possible!
If it makes it feel more manageable, set mini goals for every 10-15 pounds so you have a sense of accomplishment along the way.
Yes, that's completely possibly and doable!! agree with the PP, set small goals and even may be some rewards so that you feel encouraged to continue.
yes I think that weight is realistic 200lbs that's 45lbs lost keep up the good work
It sounds realistic. Just make sure you don't slack on your diet or anything.
Sure it is realistic.
Pay attention to healthy food and do a lot of exercise. Maybe you will lose even more by the end of the year.
I was 230 in November 2014, now today I am at 206, I am 5'10. With the patience, commitment, proper diet plan and to accept to see your scale up and down, you will get to your goal!! I am eating 3 times a day with the break in between the meals no less than 4 hours. Exercise 3-5 times/week. Cut all sugar, starch, and bakery - that's the ideal healthy eating where you won't starve yourself, will have energy, and will lose pounds ;-)
