If the information is on this site I do apologize..I searched w/o any luck.

One bit of information I took for my disastrous break from IP is that I need to go through the other phases....and phase one is getting expensive..I am researching alternate foods, now etc..this site (and participants) have been a great asset !!!!!!!

Does anyone have the methodology of phase 2, 3 and 4.

I have to go back off IP again in April and I want to do this right..
