I'm a new member. I joined the site, after finding this support group in an online search. I'm hoping the encouragement, advice and accountability of people experiencing similar symptoms will help me stay on track with a really low carb diet. When I have followed a low carb diet is when I have felt the best physically, as well as losing weight. I'm in a pretty vicious cycle of difficulty cutting carbs, intense carb cravings, and extreme fatigue when I break down and eat something with carbs. Insulin Resistance and PCOS. I've had long runs in the past of no sugar, but it seems once I have a little bit, the intense cravings return, and it's super hard to get on track again. No one in my immediate family seems to get this, and I'm constantly surrounded by foods that I should not eat. Help!
