  • What are your exercise and fitness goals for January?
  • I got hijacked by work again last month so still getting back on track. I've had a good week and am building on that.

    My goals for January: 10,000 steps/day, 1200 minutes planned exercise

  • Here are my exercise goals - 10,000 steps per day and working out at the gym/dance class at least 3 times a week.
