Hi ladies,
I'm on week 8 of my extended induction. Feeling fab and losing inches and lbs. In about four weeks I will be traveling home to Texas for a month long winter holiday but I have 25 hours of traveling (both planes and transfer times) to contend with. My longest flight is more than 12 hours so I am concerned about what I can do so that I stay on induction. Here in Asia, most airlines/airports will not allow you to carry on any kind of prepared food/snacks or drinks. They go through your bags twice prior to boarding the plane and force people to throw stuff out even if they bought things in the terminal. I feel like I can do good with my transfer times because I can search restaurants at the airport to find something...but 12+ hours on a plane with no food seems like too long for me. Anyone have any suggestions? Also, what kind of meal should I request when booking my ticket? I was thinking gluten free would be my best bet for getting veggies.
