Obviously I am trying to loose weight!!! But what I find really hard is to keep on going! I seem to be rebound exerciser! A year or two ago I went to a personal trainer for around 2 months then stopped. And just recently I've started back to going to the gym but its been around 2 weeks and I know I am loosing motivation as honestly I cannot be bothered to go!!
Don'g get me wrong I want to loose weight, I'm not unhappy with the way I am but I know I am not a healthy size and need to loose a few pounds (or stone )
How do you guys keep up your motivation to carry on losing weight?
