I need advice ans

  • I started induction 2 weeks ago. No cheats.
    1 week ago I started p90x.
    For the past year I lost my baby weight by calorie counting 1700 per day.
    I recently switched because I wasn't losing the fat, u know the hips and thighs just kept losing muscle I thought I really thought atkins would for sure burn the fat.
    When I started atkins I was between 125-128
    Today I am 135.5!!!!!!!!!!!
    How did this happen. I would say I eat under 2000 per day, not over eating
    What is going on! No inches lost either!!!!
