    Hi there, are these allowed on phase 1, or is too much non-fat milk in there...

    I ADORE THOSE...but I don't think so. Seems like it would be fine in phase 2 though. If someone knows different, I'd love to know because I have been wanting one with sugar-free caramel syrup.
