10 Days In The Life Boat #114

  • Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.
  • I will be mindful of what I put in my mouth and will move more every day!
  • My goals for this leg are simple. 3 healthy meals a day.

(Not: a good breakfast, no lunch - then fast food late in the day and a dinner that never seems to have enough veggies.)
  • Thanks for starting a new leg Judy.
That last one was sad and lonely.

My goal is to get my water in.
  • Dry.
  • Splashed yesterday and this morning. BooHiss.
  • Wet. This is sad. How hard is it to get your water in when you like water?
Judy hope you stayed dry the rest of the day.
  • I've been wet but I am determined to stay dry for the rest of this journey!
  • You'd think 3 healthy meals would be easy. Instead I'm swimming and need to remember lunch isn't browsing from 11A to 4P.
  • dry!
  • DRY! Feels good!
  • I've been dry for 3.5 days. Hard to believe, isn't it? I'm sticking to my goal and as we reach the marina tonight I think I'm going to keep those same goals for another ten (no 11) days. Nobody will want to restart on the 25th.
  • OARS UP
