My name is Chrissy J. I'm new to the group. I started SBD three weeks ago.
After the first phase I lost 8lbs. I just started phase 2. I'm kinda nervous and was thinking maybe I should try and stay on phase 1 a bit longer. I feel go, but was hoping to lose more, bc my eating habits have changed drastically. Any thoughts about continuing phase 1? I'm excited to be part of this great forum
