Good afternoon!
Started the journey one month and one day ago, the plan is to go from my original starting weight (250lbs) to a svelte 125lbs. Half the lady I used to be. I stand 4'12" in my bare feet, and have given myself the goal of a year and a half to do this in.
I'm in my late 30s, and to be fair, barring a short 30lb attempt 10 years ago never really let my weight bother me enough to actually do something about it. Now as I get older, and my doctor gets shriller, I'm going to buckle down and see if I can get back to where I was when the freshman fifteen ambushed me and brought friends, family and most of the neighbourhood with it.
