After doing WW for several years now I am on point counting burnout, and I think the fact that no foods are off limits are kind of leading me to be careless. So I am thinking about going back on SBD at least for a while; haven't done this one in ages, are there any new changes or things I should know? Any new resources besides the books? Thanks!
Welcome!!! I don't believe SB has changed drastically over the years. If you have any SB book you may want to thumb through it as a refresher. I find this forum to be the best resource. The recipe sections are great to keep your menu fresh. Also checking in with the daily chat is helps remind me to stay on track.

I came back to the beach on Monday.....so far about a 2 lb loss. I need something to get me motivated again, as my motivation has got up and went. I am hoping that my new found determination will keep me going and hopefully get into the clothes that I have hanging in my closet again rather than having to go buy some new ones.
Hi there - I have loved this Beach many times, and it always loves me back. Today was day one of what, in reality, will only be one week on due to Thanksgiving, BUT I have to start. I have put back almost every pound I lost 4 years ago. Yes, I have had some injuries which kept me from continuing the exercise I used to do, but they did not lead to the over-eating!
