Mini Goal- 40# gone forever

    Started my journey Aug 18, at 346#.

    Got on the scale yesterday and saw 306! 40# gone in less than 3 months.

    I am JUST starting to see a change in my face and chest- the rest is... well... yeah but... the fact that I am noticing a change AND have lost HALF the weight of my son is exciting!!!Next mini goal- 50# here I come!!
