Newbie today

    Its my first day on here and I am intending to lose weight and get fitter
    I may be an older bird, but I have finally decided to make time for me. I have spent years trying different diets on the run with a busy job and family, but today I decided I am going to follow my own healthy eating plan with smaller portions and get moving more (as in exercise) so all advice/hints/tips welcomed.
