Hi all!
I tend have really bad sugar/junk food cravings from time to time (I am now!) and I don't know how to stop them! I swap junk food with fruit or seeds/nuts but I still over eat to a point where my stomach will rip. I have read endless websites and books about overcoming over eating but nothing has helped me so far. I am bored a lot (very hard to find something that amuses me) and know these cravings are emotional and not physical.
I am hoping someone can relate to wut I'm going through and maybe talking about it with others will help me over come this issue.
