    This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

    Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.
  • My goals for this leg:

    Track my food intake - all of it.
    Stick to my WW pts.


    I'm getting tired of rowing alone. Please join me or I may have to pull the boat up on the beach and go native.
  • I'm in the boat! Going to continue to track each bite and work on more exercise.

    Staying dry my major goal!
  • Hi Carol! Great to see you. Grab a life jacket, and an oar, and pick a seat.

    Swam yesterday.

    Plans to get to the pool tomorrow morning - will be great to get some exercise in also.

    I have found my way back to the boat.

    I am guilty of slacking and I am stopping now so I can stay healthy.
    I will drink my water everyday.
  • I'm still swimming but keeping up with the boat. I'll haul myself in tonight and review my goals for new start #123,456,789 tomorrow.
  • Judy - I have some of our beloved Ratkitten's warm fluffy towels - join me in the boat!
  • Judy with all this swimming we've been doing the weight should really be coming off!
    I did get 75% of my water in yesterday. I need to get it all in today.
  • Love warm towels Carol. Didn't track yesterday but ate a lot better than I have been. I'm sitting in my seat and have tracked my breakfast this morning! Yay me!
