Has anyone else experienced a huge drop in appetite at any point?
For the past few weeks my appetite has dropped dramatically and over this last week in particular I am finding it really hard to eat.
Yesterday I don't think I had much more than 500 calories (But like a twit I exercised for an hour last night anyway) this morning I felt very unwell with no energy.
Today, although hungry, I still didn't have an appetite. I made myself eat a bowl of porridge. For lunch I had 3/4 of a cheese sandwich and for dinner I had beans on toast. It felt like I was looking at a buffet and I found it very hard eating it. I sort of made myself eat it (Again, I managed about 3/4 of it)
Is this because my stomach is shrinking, has anyone else had this and did your appetite come back? x
