    Rennie - I'd like to join in your challenge for Oct. I have been maintaining at 212 for about 2 months now and it's time I get moving down again. I want to reach onederland by the end of the year so I really need to get in gear. I know the daily accountability will help keep me committed to exercising and tracking.   • I think I'm going to come back to the daily weighing camp. It helps me keep certain things in check (carbs, sodium) to avoid the bump the next day.

  • Scale has been messing with my mind so I am going to weigh in on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Now let's hope I can keep off of it! Looks like my high carb days are prolonged the scale does not move! I know I am retaining water due to how my ring is fitting...and to retain water when drinking over a gallon a day is weird...LOL

    Mandy - Welcome! I find it does help to keep on track if you weigh each day or every other day, as long as I am prepared to accept the inevitable odd up with the downs, and just keep moving on
