  • I have missed this challenge and I like to post my mileage. Please join me

    26 miles on foot this month? Walk or run. Not in under three hours, not in a single day, but over the month. You can do it outdoors, indoors, on the track, on the treadmill, on the elliptical, what ever works for you. You can do a mile per day, or several miles at a time. You can do a multiple marathons over the course of the month if that's more your speed.

    50% 13 miles 20.92 km
    75% 19.6 miles 31.54 km
    100% 26.2 miles 42.2 km and you get a for each Marathon completed!
    100+ 27+ miles 43.5+ km
    200% 52.4 miles 84.4 km

    BEAUTIFUL day here today in South Fla... dryer weather and in the 60's in the am AHHHHH I love winter down here! Fall coming soon tho!

  • Me too! I just ran my first public 10k and I really don't want to stop running just because it's getting a little cold! You're doing so great, wannaskipandlaugh! Are you walking or running your 'marathones'?
  • Good Morning Velvet.... Good for you for running... Me.. I just walk (I never was a runner = even as a kid LOL) I also just count the exercise miles that I do after work with my walking partner. I actually walk 10000 steps a day (most days.. not these last 4 or so tho)
