I'm feeling frustrated because any time I eat any simple carbs (or really any carbs besides veggies and those "allowed") I gain at least two pounds.
I'm concerned because I'm trying to get pregnant and once I'm pregnant I'll need to eat carbs to keep my diet balanced. I'm terrified I'm going to gain a ton of weight because I gain so much weight so easily when I eat carbs.
What's the deal?
How can I eat healthy complex carbs without gaining a ton of weight?
