Can you PM me the info on this. On second day of second week of induction, I am up four pounds. I quit the atkins bars and and one pack of splenda in my coffee. I am tracking and eating fresh veggies with protien and good fats. I am coming off another lowcarb diet that was 800 calories a day....Ideal Protein.
I did the Atkins years ago and have the 2002 book. I know all about hidden carbs, etc. I tracked 18 to 19 net carbs each day the first week....I did a clean induction but the once a day Atkins bar may have done me in. My doctor did call me on Monday to say my Thyroid med needs upping...she said thyroid is in bad shape. Maybe I am retaining water. The keto stix are not turning but I am not hungry.
