  • Hi everyone, I've been on a weight loss journey for a long time and hope being here will help me along the way.

    About me: I gained a lot of weight from trying to conceive. Once I had a successful pregnancy and a baby I could hold, I also was holding a ton of excess pounds too. I have a real issue with telling myself no i can't eat this or that, since trying to lose weight. I've never had to watch what I eat before, to stay at a healthy number. I also tend to eat when I'm bored I was exercising every day until my knees started to hurt, so I'm taking it easy and plan to start with Leslie Sansone later this week or next week, and work my way up.

    I'm just counting calories, watching what I eat, and trying to keep myself full by eating lots of produce, high fiber, and I plan to pick up some glucomannan at the store later since that has helped me in the past.
